As we know it from online calendars. Only instead of events, we add employees to shifts. You can define the number of positions in different categories and either fill them or leave them free for employees to fight over.
Mobile interface for employees
Whether an employee is full-time and coming for regularly shifts or is a part-time worker and chooses shifts, they see green days and times to come in their interface. If you allow him to do so, he can opt out of his shift or switch shifts with someone else.

We can show you how many hours an employee has worked. Shift changes may or may not be included. You can see how many days they were sick and what overtime they had. What you do with it is up to you.
