Easy delivery by our own couriers.
Shipping products is complicated for any business. Deliveries are chaotic, orders get mixed up, three different tablets are lit on and late couriers are confused. Isn't it a good time to try it your way?
Different ways of transport
Each order has different shipping methods available, depending on the delivery address. Your couriers on bicycles or taxis can deliver in Prague, DPD in the Czech Republic and something else in Europe. And the most eco will be personal pickup at your business.
Timing is key
Each transport method has a different expected delivery time. This includes the time required for production, packaging, posting and delivery. Fresh juice around Prague in an hour, catering to the company for tomorrow morning and kimchi to London in a week. And the user can see it beautifully on the mobile app.
Package preparation
You can see in one clear list what you need to prepare in your parcels, bags or boxes today. You can break it down by courier and mark individual orders as ready for delivery.
Delivery planning
Orders to be made fall in one column. The delivery planner pulls them into columns for each courier. It can see lists, routes, a map and the current delivery status. It can quickly sort, reshuffle or write notes to couriers.
Mobile view for courier
I can see my routes today. One by one, I'm delivering by the map and lined up the route. I'm checking successful deliveries, taking cash if needed. I have access to customer information so I can chat with them. My mileage and delivery times are calculating by themselves.
So you know how it goes
No one says that delivering and sending is an easy discipline. In order to improve, you need to see how happy your customers are with their delivery, how you are managing to meet your promised times, how many mistakes you are making in packing and orders and how each courier is working.
